3D Viewer

Through the 3D Viewer, you can analyze the 3D binding structure of protein-ligand interactions after Hyper Binding / Hyper Design / Hyper Screening calculations.

The 3D Viewer offers various features for analyzing the 3D binding structure of protein-ligand interactions.

The 3D Viewer can be accessed from the following:

• Hyper Design page

• By clicking checkbox of molecule, 3D view button will activated.

• Click on 3D view to access 3D viewer page.

• After the Hyper Binding calculation, you can analyze the protein-ligand 3D binding structure.

• Click on the checkbox and then click on the 3D view (the 3D View option will appear after clicking the checkbox).

• You also can access to the 3D viewer page when you click the View button

• A new tab will open, and you can now see the protein structure and ligand binding mode.
