2D Interaction Map

The 2D interaction map is used to check the schematic diagram of receptor-ligand interactions.

• By clicking the slider, you can view the 2D molecular interaction tab.

• When you hover the mouse cursor over the line, you can see the details for that part.

• You also can check the distance of interaction and type of each interaction.

• If you do not want to see the interaction panel, click the Pin Off button.
