Members
1. Manage users who will be collaborating in the Lab space.
Lab space users are categorized as owners and members.
The owner is the person who created the Lab space and has the authority to manage members, including inviting new members and removing existing ones.
Members
are only visible to the Lab space owner.
2. Invite members to the Lab space.
Click
Invite Members
→Enter Email of Member to Invite
.When you enter the team member's email address to invite them to Hyper Lab, an "Invitation to Join Hyper Lab" email will be automatically sent to them.
If the team member already has an account in Hyper Lab, an "Invitation to Join Hyper Lab Lab space" email will be automatically sent instead.
3. You can remove Lab space members as needed.
Click
View Members
→Remove next to the member to be excluded
→Confirm Information
→Enter OTP
.When a member is removed from the Lab space, an email notification will be sent to inform them of their removal.
Members cannot be removed from the Lab space if they are assigned to any Project. Please remove the member from all Projects first (cf. Management), then remove them from the Lab space.
