When you upload molecular structure with your file, click on + Molecules/Data, and click Upload file.

  • Upload file window will appear

  1. Molecular structure file upload icon

  2. Example file download icon (for each extension)

  3. Hyper ADME/T calculation

  4. Hyper Binding calculation

Molecular file upload:

  1. Drag & Drop you file with your mouse to Upload file window

  2. Click on + button in Upload file window

The supported molecular file systems are: SDF, TSV, CSV, CDXML 1. SDF file: Structural Data File

  1. TSV file : Tab-seperated values

  1. CSV file: Comma-seperated values

When you upload molecular structure file, you can see the file list in Upload file window.

Click Add to register your molecules.

You can also use the IC50 column or custom data column when you upload a CSV file.

Clicking the left of the Add button allows you to configure the execution of Hyper Binding or Hyper ADME/T calculations along with the file upload.

CDXML file: XML analogue of the binary file type used by Corporation's chemical structure application
