• After calculating Hyper Binding, you may want to obtain the full package of information.

• You can download the calculated binding pose as an SDF or CSV file.

• Click on the checkbox, and an action bar will appear at the bottom of the window.

• By clicking the CSV or SDF button, you can download the file in the corresponding format.

If you click the download button next to My Bench, you can download all molecular information as a CSV file. The protein structure is not provided. You can export the protein structure from RCSB, UniProt, etc.

An SDF file also includes the three-dimensional information of the molecules.
