The "Similar Compounds Search" function is a beta version of HyperLab.

  • It uses the PubChem API and shows a list of similar molecules reported in hundreds of data sources, including journal publishers, patents, and vendors.

  • Learn more links to the Pubchem page for the molecule, where you can find additional information such as vendor and biological test results.

On the Molecule Information Page, scroll down, and you will see the Similar Compounds Search tab.

  • You can choose the similarity and click the search.

  • After searching Similar Compounds Search, you can directly copy into My bench/Project bench or copy smiles by clicking Copy smiles.

In similar compounds, a maximum of 100 molecules are provided in the list.
