1. Accessing Model Information Page

Click on an individual model in the Model management page to access that model’s information page.

2. Checking Model Training Status

On the Model information page, you can check the model’s training status in the top area of the page.

(1) Model Training Completed

When model training is completed, you can modify and delete the model’s information.

(2) Model Training Waiting

In the waiting status, you can cancel the requested training, but you cannot modify or delete the model’s information.

(3) Model Training In Progress

In the in-progress status, you cannot cancel training, modify, or delete the model’s information.

3. Modifying Model Information

You can check the settings made when the model was initially trained in the model information.

(1) Modifying Basic Model Information

  1. You can modify the basic information of a saved model.

    1. Changes can only be made to models that have completed training.

  2. After making modifications, click the Save changes button at the top to apply the changes.

    • These changes can only be applied if there are no ongoing molecule generations using this model.

  3. If model information is modified, the updated model information will also reflect in the data of molecules generated by that model.

    1. For model tags, modifications will also reflect on molecules cloned to the Bench.

    2. For molecule codes, the name of the molecules cloned to the Bench will not change.

(2) Changing Physicochemical Property Conditions

Once model training has started, you cannot change the physicochemical property conditions for that model.

To set different conditions, new model training is required.

4. Deleting a Model

  1. Model deletion is only possible under the following conditions:

    1. Only models whose training has completed can be deleted.

    2. Deletion is only possible if there are no logs of molecule generation using that model.

  2. Click the Delete model button at the top to display the model deletion screen.

  3. On the model deletion confirmation screen, enter the name of the model to be deleted again, then click the Permanently delete button to complete the deletion.

[Precautions When Deleting a Model]

Once deleted, a model cannot be restored, and retraining a model under the same conditions may not produce the same molecules during molecule generation.

Click on an individual model in the Model management page.
