The model management page is the core starting point of Hyper Screening X. Here, you can train models based on the desired protein, check the training status, and manage trained models.

1. Model List

On this page, you can see all the models that have been created at a glance. Any project member can view the same list.

You can find the following information in the list:

Column
Description

Model name

The name entered during model training.

Status

Displays the current training status of the model.

  • Completed: The model training is complete.

  • In progress: The model training is ongoing, and the progress is also displayed.

  • Waiting: There are other models currently in training, so this model is waiting.

  • Failed: The model training has failed.

Model tag

The tag that will be added to the ‘Hyper Screening X model’ field of the molecules generated by the model.

Molecule code

The code that will be used when naming molecules generated by this model.

The name of the generated molecule will be displayed as ‘Molecule code-Generation number’.

Protein name

The name of the protein that was the basis for the model training.

Trained by

The project member who executed the model training.

Completion date

The date the model training was completed.

2. Train New Model

You can train a new model by clicking the Train new model button at the top.

3. Model information & Management

Clicking on a model in the list allows you to view detailed information about the model.
