The update for HyperLab on October 30, 2025, has been completed.
HyperLab Version : 2025.10.30
📣 Changelogs
1. Hyper Design Menu Added
Hyper Design Page
A new Hyper Design menu has been added, allowing users to view all Hyper Design records conducted across every Bench within a project.
From the Hyper Design menu, you can browse all accessible Hyper Design pages within the project and directly access each molecule’s protein-specific Hyper Design page to seamlessly continue your research.
2. Hyper Design Feature Update
(1) Separation of Hyper Design Data by Protein
Changes to the Hyper Design after the October 30, 2025 update
This update is designed to ensure more stable and consistent design results. Previously, it was possible to continue editing a molecule after changing the target protein mid-process — this behavior will now be restricted for clarity and data integrity.
If you’d like to perform design tasks for multiple proteins from the same molecule, simply:
Click the “Change Protein” button at the top right of HyperLab.
Switch to your desired protein in your Bench.
Start a new Hyper Design session for that protein.
[For existing designs]
For molecules with Hyper Design results generated before the October 30, 2025 update, the following changes have been applied:
If a molecule was designed sequentially across multiple proteins, only the design results for the first protein will remain viewable.
Any results created after changing the protein during the same session will no longer be accessible.
(2) Addition of Reset Hyper Design Page Reset Feature
Reset Hyper Design Page Feature
If you wish to restart the Hyper Design process for a specific protein from the beginning, a new feature now allows you to reset the Hyper Design page.
You can now initialize the page by clicking the ⋮ (More) icon at the top of the Hyper Design page and selecting Reset Hyper Design.
When the Reset Hyper Design Page button is clicked, all generated molecules and Hyper Design logs associated with that protein will be deleted, leaving only the top-level molecule in the hierarchy.
(3) Updates to Existing Features Related to Hyper Design Changes
With the Hyper Design feature update, the following related functions have also been modified:
Bench – Display of Derivatives
As Is Displayed all Hyper Design data executed for the molecule, regardless of protein.
To Be Displays only Hyper Design data generated under the currently activated protein in the Bench.
If no protein is activated in the Bench, derivatives will not be displayed.
Hyper Design Page Access Rules
As IsAccessible even if the selected protein did not have a Hyper Binding result.
To Be Access is restricted if the currently activated protein does not have a Hyper Binding result.
The Hyper Design page is also inaccessible when no protein is activated in the Bench.
3. Ref. Molecule and Correlation Feature Improvements
(1) Ref. Molecule Page Enhancement
Ref. Molecule Page
The Ref. Molecule table has been redesigned to function similarly to the Bench table.
You can now utilize molecules added to Ref. Molecule to perform Correlation analysis and calculate R² values for proteins.
Ref.Molecule fields and data are independent of Bench data.
Hyper Design features are not supported for Ref.Molecule molecules.
(2) Correlation Feature Improvement
The Correlation graph, which was previously available only in protein detail pages, can now be generated directly within Ref. Molecule.
Generate Correlation Graph
After selecting a molecule in the Ref. Molecule table, click the Correlation button to generate a graph.
The Correlation graph is generated based on the Binding Score of the active protein and the selected experimental value field in Ref.Molecule.
Correlation Graph
In the improved Correlation graph, you can now:
Change marker colors
Fix and resize labels
Take screenshots for reporting or sharing
4. Bench Interface and Feature Enhancements
The Bench page interface and several features have been updated to enhance intuitive usability and support more efficient research.
(1) Added User Field Description
Create a New Field
When adding a custom field, you can now enter a description for the field.
The entered description can be viewed by hovering the cursor over the field header in the Bench table.
(2) Changed Data Display Count
Change Data Display Count Feature
You can now select how many data rows are displayed per page in molecule data tables.
Available Options
Before: 10, 20, 50, 100
Now: 100, 200, 500, 1,000
Applied To
Personal/Shared Bench
Ref.Molecule
Hyper Screening X
5. Molecule Detail Page Update
Molecule Details - Molecule Information Tab
The Molecule Detail page, which was previously displayed as a single view, has been reorganized into tab-based sections for faster and clearer navigation.
Each tab maintains the existing features and introduces new ones:
Protein Tab: A new “Hyper Design” column has been added, allowing users to access the Hyper Design page for each protein within the project.
⚒️ Bug fix
Bug fixes and stability improvements have been made.
