2025-08-28 Release Note

The update for HyperLab on August 28, 2025, has been completed.

HyperLab Version : 2025.08.28

Changelogs

1. New Feature: SAR Analysis

We are excited to announce the addition of Structure-Activity Relationship (SAR) Analysis to HyperLab.

HyperLab’s SAR Analysis automatically applies predefined rules to all derivatives, minimizing human error and enabling efficient analysis of up to 1,000 molecules. Users can combine HyperLab’s Hyper Binding and Hyper ADME/T predictions with their own experimental data to build more refined design strategies.

HyperLab’s SAR Analysis offers the following key capabilities:

(1) Automated SAR Analysis

Core Setup Screen for SAR Analysis
  • Automatically recommends core structures based on molecular structures, with the option to draw and set custom cores.

  • Supports up to 5 core selections, with configurable priority to determine application order.

  • When new molecules are added, previously defined analysis rules are automatically applied, providing instant results.

(2) Graph Visualization of SAR Results

Graph Detail Screen
  • Generate visual insights from analyzed molecular structures, AI predictions, and experimental values.

  • Graphs can be generated based on Core or R-group, allowing you to easily identify activity trends by different substituents.

  • When generating graphs based on the Full structure, all molecules can be visualized together in a single graph.

  • Markers allow for quick identification of molecular information within lists and graphs.

  • Add labels directly from the graph and include them in exported graph images for reporting and collaboration.

For full details, please refer to the HyperLab User Guide.

2. New Feature: Search Filters

We’ve added Search Filters to help you quickly find the exact information you need based on numeric fields, text fields, or molecular structures.

Screen with Search Filter Applied by Molecular Structure
  • How to Use

    • Click the Search button at the top-right corner of the Bench or Analysis screen.

    • Enter a keyword or draw a molecular structure.

    • Choose Substructure (partial match) or Exact match (full match) when performing structure-based searches.

  • Key Characteristics

    • Search results are provided only for the currently active fields.

    • Results are not saved and will reset when the page is refreshed.

Use Search Filters to find the right data faster and more accurately.

2. Hyper Design Fragment Selection Color Update

Hyper Design Replace Selection Screen After Update

In the previous Hyper Design execution screen, when selecting Replace, each fragment of the molecular structure was displayed in different colors, making it difficult to clearly distinguish between the selected fragments and the additional selectable fragments.

With this update, selected fragments are now highlighted in Light blue, while additional selectable fragment regions are displayed in Gray.
