2024-05-20 Release Note

The update for Hyper Lab on May 20, 2024, has been completed.

Hyper Lab Version : 2024.05.20

Changelogs

1. Similar Compounds Search Improvement

The 'Similar Compounds Search' feature on the Details page of each molecule has been improved.

(1) New Feature for Adding Similar Compounds to Bench

A feature has been added that allows you to directly add similar compounds found in search results to your Bench. Similar compounds can be added to the Bench in the following ways:

  • Method 1) Click the [Copy smiles] button found in each similar compounds search result to copy the smiles, then go to the desired Bench and paste the copied smiles to add the molecule.

  • Method 2) Select the compounds you want to add to the Bench from the search results, then click the [Add to Molecule list] button at the top of the area, choose the Bench to add them to, and proceed with the addition.

    • Additionally, you can perform Hyper Binding and Hyper ADME/T calculations simultaneously with the molecule addition, if needed.

(2) Similarity Information Added

Similarity information has been added to the results of the similar compounds search. When you set a similarity threshold and conduct a search, the top 100 results are sorted by highest similarity and displayed.

If the similarity threshold is set too low, molecules with higher similarities might not appear. In such cases, it's advisable to increase the similarity threshold and conduct the search again to ensure visibility of compounds with higher similarity.

(3) Addition of CSV Download Feature for Similar Compounds Search Results

A feature has been added that allows you to download the selected similar compounds search results as a CSV file.

The download file includes the following information:

  • PubChem CID

  • Similarity

  • Synonyms

  • Smiles

  • InChl

  • CAS

  • Pubchem link

  • Patent list link

  • Tag

2. Modification of Molecule Details Data

The LogP, previously provided in the ADME/T results, has been shifted to be offered under Physicochemical Properties.

From now on, LogP can be accessed without performing Hyper ADME/T calculations.

3. Improved Lab Space Entry Method After Login

The method of accessing Lab space after login has been improved. Instead of navigating to a list of Lab spaces and selecting one to enter, users will now be directed to the last accessed Lab space automatically, enhancing usability.

If the OTP verification for the last accessed Lab space has expired, you will be taken directly to the OTP input screen for that Lab space.
