Changelogs

1. Derivatives viewable in My bench

Derivatives that were previously only viewable on the Hyper Design page can now be accessed in My bench.

In the molecule list table of My bench, you can expand and collapse the list of derivatives for a specific molecule by clicking the [Derivatives] column button.

2. CSV file download feature added

The download functionality, previously available only in .sdf file format, has been expanded to include the ability to download in .csv file format as well.

The molecular information provided with the previous download files has also been updated and included.

3. Restart tutorial feature added in Hyper Design

The feature to restart tutorials, previously available only on the Protein structure page, has now been added to the Hyper Design page as well.

4. Hyper Design feature updates

(1) Increase in Hyper Design results (30 to 50)

The number of Hyper Design results provided has been increased from 30 to 50.

(2) Hierarchy relationship line UI improvement

The UI of the hierarchy relationship lines, which were previously exposed individually for each vertical relationship, has been improved to emanate from a single point, enhancing clarity and visual organization.

5. Changes to My bench features

(1) Modification of molecule click action in Molecule list

The action of clicking a molecule in the Molecule list table, which previously navigated to Hyper Design, has been changed to selecting/deselecting the molecule.

(2) Change in method of executing Hyper Design

The method of executing Hyper Design, previously by clicking a molecule in the Molecule list table, has been updated to two new methods within My bench

• Method 1: Select a single molecule from the list and click the [Hyper Design] button at the top of the table.

• Method 2: Expand the derivatives of a molecule in the list and click the [Hyper Design] button in the guidance text.

6. Hyper Lab manual update

The usage guide for HyperLab has been updated.

You can access the updated guide by clicking on the [Docs] menu in the left-side menu of the screen.
