Register and Analyze Protein: Register the protein you will use for the project and analyze it to set a suitable receptor.
Activation for AI Experiments: After registering the protein, activate it. AI experiments will be conducted based on this protein, and the results will be managed accordingly.
Steps to Register and Activate Protein:
Enter the project. Click on the Protein management
menu.
To register the protein, click on Add protein
.
You can register a protein using either of the following two types: 3D Structure or Sequence.
3D Structure: If the 3D structure of the protein has been determined (e.g., via X-ray, Cryo-EM, or NMR), you can register it using a PDB ID, UniProt ID, or similar identifiers. AI experiments will be performed based on this fixed protein structure.
Sequence: If you know the protein or gene name, you can search and register the sequence using the search protein by name function. Proteins registered via sequence allow for the observation of dynamic structural changes during AI experiments.
After registering the protein, activate it for AI experiments.
By following these steps, you ensure that the AI experiments are correctly based on the registered protein, allowing an effective management of the results.
