Molecules generated through Hyper Screening can access the ‘Hyper Screening X route’ page to view the synthesis route of the molecule and information about the Building Blocks within that route.
Method 1) Click the [Result] button in the ‘Hyper Screening X route’ field in the molecule list from the molecule generation log.
Method 2) Click the [Hyper Screening X route] button at the top right of the molecule information page.
The Hyper Screening X route page is structured as follows:
Molecule name
The name assigned during molecule generation.
Model name
The name entered during model training.
Protein name
The name of the protein that was the basis for the model training.
For molecules generated through Hyper Screening X, you can add molecules you wish to proceed to synthesis with to the cart and request a synthesis quote.
Click the [Add to Cart] button to add the current molecule to the cart for a quote request.
Once the addition to the cart is complete, the following notification will appear on the screen.
In Hyper Screening X’s Reaction scheme, you can view the synthesis route of the generated molecule.
The synthesis route provides the following information:
*Information on some Building Blocks may not be displayed depending on the Commercial Supplier, and direct inquiries to the Commercial Supplier may be necessary.
Step
The total number of steps in the individual synthesis route.
CAS No.
The CAS No. of the Building Block in the synthesis route.
Price
The price of the Building Block in the synthesis route, based on information from eMolecules.
Prices can vary depending on the commercial supplier of eMolecules.
Lead time
The lead time for the Building Block in the synthesis route, displayed as follows:
1-5 business days
10 business days
4 weeks
12 weeks

You can click the button to view all commercial suppliers currently selling the Building Block on eMolecules.

After selecting a synthesis route, click the [Download CSV] button to download the information of the selected synthesis route as a CSV file.
