3D Viewer

Through the 3D Viewer, you can analyze the 3D binding structure of protein-ligand interactions after Hyper Binding / Hyper Design / Hyper Screening calculations.

The 3D Viewer offers various features for analyzing the 3D binding structure of protein-ligand interactions.

The 3D Viewer can be accessed from the following:

  • Bench page

  • Details page

  • Hyper Design page

Run 3D Viewer from the Bench page

Navigate to the Bench page.

Select the checkboxes for the molecules you want to view in the 3D Viewer. After the Hyper Binding calculation is complete, you can analyze the 3D binding structure of the protein-ligand complex.

Click the 3D View button.

The 3D Viewer opens in a new window, allowing you to explore the protein structure and its ligand binding configuration.

Run 3D Viewer from the Detail page

Navigate to the Detail page.

Click the 3D View button.

Run 3D Viewer from the Hyper Design page

Navigate to the Hyper Design page.

Select the checkboxes for the molecules you want to view in the 3D Viewer. After the Hyper Binding calculation is complete, you can analyze the 3D binding structure of the protein-ligand complex.
