Performing SAR Analysis

A. Running SAR Analysis with Suggested Cores

  1. Click Full SAR Analysis.

  2. Select the molecular structure field from the dropdown menu.

    • If results already exist, Core or R fields can also be selected.

  3. Review the suggested Core cards.

    • If available, click the icon on a Core card to view its derivatives.

  4. Select the desired Core card(s) via checkboxes.

  5. Click Analyze to start.

    • Closing the window will not interrupt the process.

B. Running SAR Analysis by Drawing Molecules

  1. Click Run SAR Analysis.

  2. Select the molecular structure field from the dropdown menu.

    • If results already exist, Core or R fields can also be selected.

  3. Click Draw Core to create a custom Core.

    • Draw the structure or enter a SMILES string, then click Add to Priority.

    • Added cards will appear on the right. Adjust their priority order.

    • Higher-priority Cores are applied first. If the molecule does not match, the next Core is applied.

  4. Click Analyze to start.

    • Closing the window will not interrupt the process.

C. Adding Additional Cores After Analysis

  1. After the SAR analysis is completed, if the Add Core button exists in the Core column, you can add a Core and rerun the analysis.

  2. Click the Add Core button.

  3. In the Add Core window, check the Core structures that have already been added.

  4. Select a Core card to add or draw a molecule directly and add it to the priority list.

  5. You can set up to five Core cards, including the ones already selected.
