Creating Graphs

Select molecules to visualize.

Click a Generate Graph

Enter a graph name.

Select X-axis and Y-axis fields. (These can be changed later.)

Choose a graphing basis field:

• Full Structure: All selected molecules appear in a single graph.

• Core or R Field: Molecules sharing the same overall structure (except for the chosen field) are grouped into separate graphs.
