Graph Page Features

The Graph page provides detailed visualization and customization options.

Graph Viewing Modes

• Switch between 1-per-row or 3-per-row display modes using the top-right icon.

Graph Settings

• Change Axes:

  • Adjust X and Y axis values at any time.

• Marker Settings:

  • Choose a Marker field to color-code points.

  • Custom colors can be assigned.

  • Points without a Marker value appear as white with a gray border.

  • Marker size can be adjusted (1–5).

• Add Labels:

  • Click on data points to add labels (up to 100 per graph).

  • Labels can include:

    • Molecule Name

    • Full Structure

    • SAR Analysis Basis (Core/R).

  • Label size can be adjusted (1–5).

• Export:

  • Select graphs using checkboxes and click Export to download them as PNG files.

  • Each graph is numbered in the top-left corner for easy identification.

• Graph Details:

  • Click the expand icon on a graph to view detailed information, including a molecule list with:

    • Molecule Name

    • Graph basis structure

    • X, Y, and Marker values

  • Labels can also be added via the molecule list. Drag labels to reposition them directly on the graph.
