HyperLab Version : 2024.08.30

Changelogs

1. New addition of ‘Sample project' and 'Tutorials’

To facilitate easy use of HyperLab, a 'Sample project' that demonstrates example project setups and a 'Tutorials' that simplifies how to use HyperLab within these sample projects have been newly added.

1.1. Sample project

Within the Sample project, you can check out the layout of a configured project using HyperLab's features.

Click the [Sample project] area at the top of the project list to enter the sample project.

All data within the sample project is provided as 'Read-only' and cannot be edited.

1.2. Tutorials within the Sample project

Upon entering the Sample project page in HyperLab, you will find a tutorials that allows you to preview and try out the main functionalities of the platform.

You can start the tutorial by clicking on the [Start tutorial] button located in the tutorial list at the bottom right of the screen. This guided tour helps you familiarize yourself with the interface and tools available in HyperLab.

Once the tutorial begins, you can follow each step to see how a Sample project is structured and experience the process together.

Even after completing the tutorial, you can always revisit the Sample project to repeat any necessary tutorials as needed.

2. Addition of ‘In-house Library’ Feature

A new feature called the ‘In-house Library’ has been added, allowing you to upload your own libraries directly to the lab space and perform Hyper Screening calculations with them. Now, in addition to the libraries provided by HyperLab, users can also use their internal libraries for Hyper Screening calculations.

2.1. Go to the In-house library page

Click on the [In-house Library] menu at the top of the left menu to access the In-house library page.

Once you've entered the In-house library page, you can view the list of In-house libraries registered in your Lab space.

You can register up to 10 In-house libraries per Lab space.

2.2. Upload In-house library

[Start Uploading In-house Library]

Click the [Upload In-house library] button at the top right of the In-house library page to launch the upload screen.

[In-house library upload]

When the upload screen is activated, you can add a file to be uploaded as an In-house library and then click the [Next] button to proceed to the next step.

*Only one file in SDF or CSV format can be uploaded at a time.

After adding the file, you must specify the 'Molecule name' and 'Molecule structure' columns needed for uploading the file as a library.

During the upload process to the In-house library, information from columns other than the chosen 'Molecule structure' and 'Molecule bame' will not be saved in the library data.

Once you have designated the 'Molecule name' and 'Molecule structure' columns, you can click the [Next] button to move to the next step.

Finally, after registering the file as an In-house library, it is necessary to enter basic library information that will be displayed on the Hyper Screening molecules using this library. When using the In-house library within a Lab space or Project, you can set the library information to be easily understandable.

Once the entry of the basic information for the In-house library is complete, click the [Upload library] button to proceed with uploading the added file as an In-house library.

2.3. Checking detailed information of In-house library

You can move to the In-house library information page by clicking the [Detail view icon] within the In-house library list.

On the In-house library information page, you can check the registration status and basic information of the In-house library, and if necessary, you can modify the library's information.

2.4. Running Hyper Screening with In-house library

The registered In-house library can be used in the 'Hyper Screening' screen within each project's Bench, just like the existing Hyper Screening.

Hyper Screening allows the simultaneous selection and execution of both In-house and HyperLab libraries.

3. Changes to Hyper Screening points policy

The Hyper Screening points required for Hyper Screening calculations in some of HyperLab libraries have been changed. Additionally, the Hyper Screening points provided to free trial customers have been reduced from 2,000 points to 1,000 points.

4. 'Lab space Admin' role added within Lab space

A new role, 'Lab space admin', has been added to the existing roles of 'Lab space owner' and 'Lab space member'.

From now on, when inviting new personnel to the Lab space, you can choose between 'Lab space admin' and 'Lab space member' as the role for the new invitees.

Additionally, personnel who were previously using the 'Lab space member' role can now have their roles changed to 'Lab space admin'.

[Changes in permissions within Lab space due to the addition of the 'Lab space admin' role]

The changes in permissions within Lab space associated with the addition of the 'Lab space admin' role are as follows.

5. 'Favorite Projects' Feature Added

A new feature has been added that allows you to mark frequently used projects as 'Favorites' in the project list.

Among all the projects you are part of, you can add or remove frequently used projects to your favorites by clicking the [Star Icon] on the project card.

Favorite projects can also be easily accessed from the left menu.

6. Changing the physicochemical property values of some molecules

The physicochemical property values of ionizable molecules added by hyperdesign have been changed.
