Hyper Lab Version : 2024.01.05
This feature allows users to find molecules similar to a given molecule, reported in scientific literature and patents. Similarity criteria are provided between 70% and 90% by default, but users can also set their own criteria.
After setting the similarity criteria and clicking the [Search] button, up to 100 molecules similar to the current molecule are displayed according to the set criteria.
By clicking on the [Literatures] or [Patents] on the displayed molecule cards, users can be redirected to the Pubchem page for detailed information about those documents. This feature is available at the bottom of each molecule's detail view page, providing access to in-depth information related to each molecule.
A new library has been added to the Hyper Screening offerings.
You can access this newly added library by clicking the [Hyper Screening] button in My bench. For a detailed description of the added library, please refer to the table below.
Bug fixes and stability improvements have been made.

Description
Kinase
2000
It consists of approximately 65,000 molecules specialized for Kinase (average molecular weight: 340 Da). In addition to hinge binder molecules, it also contains bioisosteric derivatives of known allosteric kinase inhibitors. Estimated calculation time is less than 2 hours.
Natural product-like fragment
1000
It is composed of about 4,200 molecules made up of the skeletal structures of known natural products. Estimated calculation time is approximately 30 minutes.
