In Ref. Molecule, you can add reference molecules to be used in research and calculate Correlation and R² values.
1. Experimental Value Field
You can select experimental value fields to be used when calculating protein lists and correlation values.
The selectable experimental value fields are as follows:
User-defined fields of “Number type”
*The unit of the experimental value field used for R² calculation is assumed to be nM.
2.1. Default Features
The data table in Ref. Molecule provides molecule data editing, field selection, filtering, and sorting functions, similar to Bench.
2.2. Restricted Features
Unlike Bench, Ref. Molecule does not provide the following functions:

After selecting molecules in Ref. Molecule, you can click the Correlation button at the top to generate a correlation graph.
