Hyper Design List Page

By clicking the Hyper Design menu on the left sidebar, you can view the Hyper Design List.

1. Display Conditions for the Hyper Design List

The Hyper Design pages displayed in the list meet the following conditions:

Among all Benches accessible to the user within the project, molecules that satisfy at least one of the following:

  1. Molecules that have Hyper Design execution history (Hyper Design Log)

  2. Molecules that have derivatives (child molecules)

Molecules that do not meet any of the above conditions will not appear in the Hyper Design List.

To include such molecules, you must run Hyper Design for a specific protein within the Bench.

2. Information Provided in the Hyper Design List

The Hyper Design List provides the following information:

Item
Description

Molecule name

The name of the top-level molecule in the Hyper Design hierarchy.

Structure

The 2D structure of the top-level molecule in the Hyper Design hierarchy.

Derivative

The number of derivatives added for the active protein in the molecule’s Hyper Design page.

Active protein

The active protein linked to the molecule.

Connected Bench

The Bench to which the molecule belongs.Clicking it navigates directly to that Bench.

Created by

Information about the project member who added the molecule to the Bench.

Created date

The date when the molecule was added to the Bench.

3. Accessing the Hyper Design Page

Clicking a row in the Hyper Design List will open the separated Hyper Design pages by protein for the corresponding molecule.
